The traditional self defense applications focus on a particular technique, usually done while standing still.
In a real life confrontation movement is critical. It makes it very diffucult for the bad guy to hurt you. Even with firearms, most people miss movng targets.
Therefore I recommend to introduce movement into different self defense scenarios.
