Core Principles


This is the foundation of all my training. This program is about the typical problems and issues that occur in a confrontation, and how to successfully deal with them. There are some basic concepts that are addressed. There is a principle difference between the traditional approach to self defense, and the practical side of the matter.

The simple fact is that people under stressful conditions cannot do complicated step by step techniques. No amount of repetition can change that fact. I keep it simple because that actually works.

The training deals the psychological stress of a confrontation and how to deal with it. The OODA Loop principle is also explained. There is a scenario based practical part, where the students get to actually put what they learned into practice.
